ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Ken Finley, Sr. Rate Analyst, has served with V+A for 21 years, providing risk management strategies to help minimize the impact of workers’ compensation claims. Ken forecasts premium impacts for employers in areas of initial onset of a claim, permanent partial awards and lump sum settlements and is responsible for assisting employers in enrolling in the most cost effective program. In addition, Ken provides unemployment tax analysis for V+A clients. 

He is a member of the BWC TPA Forum and has a long history of working with employers to lower their workers’ compensation costs. Ken also serves on the OSSA Board of Directors.  He resides in Pemberville, Ohio with his wife and two daughters and a foreign exchange student from the Ukraine.
